Jay Czarkowski began his construction industry career in 1987 in Hartford, CT, as a subcontractor. He later sold that business and gained experience working in all of the trades over the next decade. In 2003, Jay obtained his General Contractor's license and along with his wife, Diane, created Construction Design Group, LLC.

Construction Design Group quickly established itself as a reliable building partner - no matter what the project. Repeat customers have used Construction Design Group for moderate priced multi-family homes to multi-million dollar mountain homes to major remodels. Construction Design Group customers keep coming back.

Although the customer is the most important, Construction Design Group makes sure that all the other involved parties have their needs met: the subcontractors, architects, banks, city/county entities, even neighboring homeowners. This ensures a successful project and fosters long-term relationships.
